Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Oppiq, the lead-management and market-intelligence workspace operated by Luminatech Solutions LLP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Oppiq provides a shared workspace for customer conversations across messaging channels, lead and pipeline management, an AI agent that drafts and (where you configure it) sends replies, knowledge grounding over your documents, scheduled follow-ups, team routing, and usage metering. Features described on our roadmap are exploratory and are not commitments.

2. Accounts and seats

You are responsible for the credentials and activity of the seats on your account, for keeping access current as your team changes, and for configuring the agent and escalation rules appropriate to your business.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, contacts, documents and other content placed in your workspace. You grant us the licence needed to process that content to provide the service — including AI processing and transmission through the channels you connect — and to create derived operational data such as logs, metrics and usage records.

4. Acceptable use

• Only send communications you are permitted to send: you are responsible for having the rights and consents to message your contacts, and for complying with the rules of each channel platform you connect (including Meta’s WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook policies) and with anti-spam and privacy law.
• Do not use Oppiq for unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, or to attempt to access data outside your workspace.
• Do not probe, reverse engineer or resell the service except as allowed by law, and do not circumvent usage metering or safety controls.

5. AI output

The agent produces drafts and suggestions and can take configured actions within guardrails. Communications sent from your account are your communications — review and approval settings are yours to configure, and you remain responsible for what is sent to your customers.

6. Third-party channels and integrations

Connected channels and integrations are provided by third parties under your agreements with them. Delivery of messages depends on those platforms. We are not responsible for their acts, outages or policies.

7. Fees, plans and credits

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and usage shown in your workspace (including token and message metering, credits and spend caps). Taxes may apply. We may suspend paid features for non-payment after notice; inbound message handling follows the plan terms shown in the product.

8. Intellectual property

We own the service, including software, design and documentation. You own your content. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

9. Confidentiality and security

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care. We isolate workspace data, encrypt data in transit and maintain operational security controls as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability

We work to keep Oppiq reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, dependencies and channel-platform outages may affect the service.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Oppiq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach (including unlawful use), with notice where practicable. On termination, workspace data remains exportable for a reasonable window, after which it is deleted in line with our retention practices.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts having jurisdiction at the registered office of Luminatech Solutions LLP.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: through the Oppiq application or the contact details published on oppiq.ltlabs.in.
