Privacy Policy
Oppiq is a lead-management and market-intelligence workspace: one omnichannel inbox, an AI agent that helps answer in your voice, and guardrails that keep a human in charge. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who we are
Oppiq is a product of Luminatech Solutions LLP (“Oppiq”, “we”). For personal data of our website visitors and account holders, we determine the purposes of processing. For personal data that businesses place in their workspaces — for example the customer conversations their leads send them — the business is the one deciding the purposes, and we process that data on its instructions to provide the service.
2. Data we process
- Account and seat data — name, work email, role, workspace membership, authentication metadata.
- Conversations and contacts — messages, attachments, contact details and lead records that flow through the channels a workspace connects (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, email, SMS, web widget, webhooks, portal).
- Documents you upload — knowledge-base material (documents, price lists, interview facts) used to ground the agent’s answers.
- Usage, billing and telemetry — token and message usage, plan entitlements, invoices, operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
3. Why we process data
To provide the service: delivering and receiving messages, drafting and (where configured) sending replies, escalating conversations to your team, scheduling follow-ups, and answering from your own documents. To bill for usage, secure the platform, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
4. AI processing
Conversation content and workspace documents are processed by AI models to classify intent, draft replies, and ground answers in your material. AI model providers process this content under contract, only to deliver the service — we do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train third-party models. What the agent is allowed to do is configured by each workspace, with approval steps, outbound safety gates and human handoff built in.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We share data with service providers that help us run Oppiq — cloud hosting, AI model providers, message and email delivery, and billing — bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. Messages you send through connected channels also pass through those platforms (for example Meta’s WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook), which process them under their own policies. We may also disclose data where the law requires, or in connection with a business reorganisation.
6. Retention
Workspace data is kept as long as the workspace is active, and in line with the retention windows and data controls each workspace configures — including export and erasure of personal data on request. Billing records are kept as required by law. Backup copies age out on a rolling schedule.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, to object or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent — including rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR for people in the EEA/UK. Workspace administrators can exercise most controls directly in the product (including export, erasure and retention settings). Anyone else can reach us through the contact details published on this site; you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Cookies
The marketing site uses no advertising cookies. The application uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences.
9. Security
We isolate each workspace’s data at the database level, encrypt data in transit, restrict staff access with audited break-glass procedures, and keep operational logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure.
10. Children
Oppiq is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
12. Contact
For privacy questions, data requests or grievances, contact us through the Oppiq application or the contact details published on oppiq.ltlabs.in.
